Please be advised that the community meetings scheduled for Monday, February 23, and Tuesday, February 24, have been canceled for public safety reasons due to impending Nor'easter. The meetings will be rescheduled in the near future and neighbors will be notified as soon as new meeting dates are set. Thank you for your understanding and for your interest in the project.

Since being designated as the Marblehead Housing Authority’s (MHA) partner for the project, WinnDevelopment has joined MHA officials in meeting with current residents of the Broughton Road complex. Architects, engineers, surveyors and other consultants have been hard at work investigating all of the existing conditions of the buildings and site, and conducting feasibility studies for future work.
The MHA recently selected a design firm to help facilitate the design process and to advocate for the needs and ideas expressed by the residents and the MHA's Board of Commissioners moving forward. In the coming months, the MHA and the development team will host meetings with residents and the community to advance the project plan and design.
